The computer is plugged in, but it fails to start and the host does not respond. Why?

There may be the following reasons:

1. In the current environment, the circuit has not been laid and there is no electricity;
2. The power strip switch connected to the computer power cord is not turned on or the strip is damaged;
3. The control switch of the computer power supply (some power supplies have a switch) is not turned on;
4. The power switch of the host is not pressed;
5. The mainframe switch is damaged or the switch wire is not plugged into the correct position of the motherboard;
6. The mainboard battery voltage is too low;
7. The Clear CMOS jumper on the motherboard jumped to the discharge position;
8. The CPU is damaged;
9. The motherboard is damaged;

11. The power cord is damaged;
